Pupil Privacy Notice

This notice explains how we collect and use personal data about our pupils in accordance with the UK GDPR. We collect information such as name, date of birth, address, attendance records, assessment data and any special educational needs or medical information necessary to support your child's education and welfare.

We share pupil data with the Department for Education, the local authority and other bodies where we have a legal obligation to do so. We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained in line with our records retention schedule.
